Fees

The registration fee entitles participants to the following: admission to all scientific sessions and social programme events, including an entry to the opening ceremony and welcome reception held in the Collegium Minus of the Adam Mickiewicz University Main Building immediately after the opening ceremony and first plenary lecture on Sunday, August 29, 2010; an entry to the gala dinner on Wednesday, September 2, 2010; free lunches and refreshments; conference materials including programme and abstracts.

With one registration fee you are allowed to present one accepted paper.

The accompanying guests will enjoy all the social events of the full registrants, including an entry to the opening ceremony and welcome reception on Sunday, August 29, 2010 and the Gala Dinner on Wednesday, September 2, 2010.

The Congress will not provide a special touring programme for accompanying guests. However, we suggest you check relevant websites for information on tourist attractions in Poznań and its surroundings as well as in other Polish cities. You may start by visiting websites listed in the navigation button Local Info/Poland and Poznań.

All registration fees shown below are payable in Euro.

* EAA Members are those who have been paying their membership fees regularly and have not been in arrears for two years preceding the conference

** Students are requested to submit a copy of the student identification or letter confirming their status together with a registration form and confirmation of payment.

Please consider that deadlines will be strictly enforced.

Payment

Payment of the registration fee should be made in euro, preferably before May 1, 2009 by credit card or bank transfer. Bank details are listed below::

Please, do not forget to list name(s) of payer(s) together with the registration number

Please note that the bank transfer is the method of payment until June 30, 2010. After this deadline we are not able to guarantee you a clear identification of your payments, so you will be kindly recommended to settle non paid balances on site. Only late registration fee in cash is the accepted method of onsite payment.

Cancellation conditions

Any cancellation or alteration of your registration will only be accepted in written form via e-mail (sent to the Congress Secretariat eaa2010@amu.edu.pl) or regular post (EAA2010 Congress Secretariat, room No 2.42H; Institute of Anthropology; Collegium Biologicum; ul. Umultowska 89; 61-614 Poznań; Poland) and will be subjected to the following conditions:
cancellations received before  May 1, 2010 will receive a full refund of the registration fee minus a 25% administrative charge; afterwards, refunds will not be available. We recommend to appoint substitute participant; if before May 1, 2010 there will be without any additional cost; afterwards, name change requests will be charged a 25% administrative cost.
